Everybody always talks about what you should do to your skin, and how you should treat it. But does anybody ever talk about the things you shouldn’t do? Failing to Protect from the Sun

When you go out in the sun, you need to protect your skin. Even if it isn’t sunny outside you need to protect your skin! The sun can damage our skin whether it’s hot or not. The hands and neck have a thinner layer of skin on them than anywhere else. This means that they can begin to look much older than they are if you’re not careful.
